9.         Discussion and possible action – To approve or not approve Ordinance No. 895 / An ordinance of the City of Wagoner closing a portion of South 9th. Street adjacent to lots 3 & 4 , Block 561; all in the City of Wagoner, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof; repealing any ordinance in conflict therewith; and declaring an emergency

 

10.      Discussion and possible action – To approve or not approve Resolution No. 595 / A resolution approving the incurring of indebtedness by the Wagoner Hospital Authority, a public trust, in a sum not to exceed one hundred forty-one thousand  and 00/100 dollars ($141,000.00) for the purpose of purchasing computer equipment and software and waiving competitive bidding

12.      Discussion and possible action - To approve or not approve supplemental appropriations and budget revisions to the 2010/2011 City budget
