1.  Approval or corrections to the minutes of the previous meetings.

(November 7^th, November 15^th and November 29^th). Bank Balance:   $274,666.92.    Building Fund:  $200,965.63.  (As of December 1, 2011).     

2.   Discussion and Possible action:  Paying insurance premium for Wagoner Industrial Development Authority property.  Total:  $463.76.

3.   Discussion and Possible action: Update of sale of Work Force building to J. R. Marks.

4.   Discussion and Possible action:  Bill from Attorney Betty Williams.  Total:  $124.25.

5.   Discussion and Possible action:  Concerning correspondence from Attorney Betty Williams in regard to the Indenture of Trust.

6.   Discussion and Possible action:  On proposal to the City for request of funding to be applied to a new shell building in Industrial Park Two. 

7.  Discussion and Possible action:  Development of Industrial Park Two.   

8.  Marketing Report.
