Wagoner's City Clerk is elected and serves a four-year term. The clerk also serves as secretary of the Wagoner Public Works Authority.
In addition to serving as the recording secretary for both those boards, the clerk supervises the City Hall staff.
Rhonda Hash currently serves as the City Clerk, a position she assumed in April 2011. Her staff has charge of billing and collecting for water, sewer and trash services, receiving meter deposits, purchasing, and many other functions. She also is supervisor for the utility meter readers.
