Wastewater service
Through the Wagoner Public Works Authority, Wagoner provides its citizens with wastewater treatment. This service is overseen by Utilities Director Dwayne Elam.

Residential Rates
Effective Feb. 1, 2004.
Rates for each billing cycle are based on the customer's average water usage for the months of October, November and December, computed annually.

$0.00125 per gallon not to exceed $25. |
If an existing account holder changes his or her residence, he or she shall carry his or her rate to the new residence.
In the case of new service and until an individual rate can be established, the charge shall be an amount equaling a system-wide average charge for residential wastewater service charges.
